The Bluecoat is located in a historic Grade II listed building on Fore Street in the heart of Hertford. It’s recently been completely refurbished and now has a swanky dining room seating 70 and a very stylish bar with a fantastic array of spirits, and a great cocktail list. Gin Julep is the drink to go for here and you can enjoy it in style listening to the tinkling sounds of beautiful 1930s grand piano on their regular live music evenings.
Right in the middle of Bath, the Central Bar is relaxed by day, funky by night. Fresh delicious food is served from breakfast onwards with a fantastic lunch menu. In the evening, the atmosphere changes with great music, low lights and a big emphasis on cocktails accompanied by a selection of bar snacks. Top gin drinks here are a superbly made Aviation, the Bees Knees Martini and the Kiwi Crush. Every Friday Central stays open till 2.a.m playing host to a renowned Soul Night.

For inspirational eating and drinking Cerise Brasserie and Bar at The Forbury Hotel is the place. The food is superb with relaxed Mediterranean style cooking and a menu that follows the seasons, not the latest fashion. The drinks are simply out of this world and this has become the place to come for an after work cocktail sipped slowly at the bar listening to the gentle tinkling of the reside pianist. Or in the secret garden under the shade of a pomegranate tree. Lots and lots of Gintime gins and great ways to drink them makes Cerise a very special place.

A new late night members' club uniquely located at the far end of Brighton's sea front within a beautiful Grade II listed building. The venue, formerly the Hanbury Ballroom, has been totally refurbed in the best possible taste by the award winning owners of Blanch House. A bespoke cocktail list is very much focused on gins with a great selection of Gintime favourites in signature concoctions such as the 'Meadow Vesper' and 'Rosemary's Baby'. The vibe is reminiscent of glamorous, old school supper clubs such as the Pigalle in London with an eclectic choice of entertainment including live music, film noir, games such as Kerplunk and Cluedo, cabaret, burlesque, a supper club on Fridays and Saturdays not to mention big name DJs regularly on the decks. The Hanbury is open to non-members too so there's no excuse for not checking it out.

The Office is open, light and airy and much more a bar than a pub despite its pub-like frontage. Particularly as from this month it’s decided to specialise in all things gin. Currently it’s got a staggering 25 gins behind the bar with all the ones we love. Signature cocktail here is the perfect G & T. Come summer there’s a really nice little walled garden out the back laid out across two levels with potted plants and ivy growing up the walls – the ideal spot for sipping the elixir. Delicious Thai food, friendly staff and a great location in trendy North Laines make The Office one of Brighton’s coolest bars.
Here's a great idea - a cocktail bar located in the heart of a Distillery. Not just any old distillery either but the historic Blackfriars Distillery, home of Plymouth Gin in Devon, one of the oldest working distilleries in the country. The Refectory is the very oldest part of the distillery complex and dates back to the fifteenth century. It is said to be the place where the Pilgrim Fathers spent their last night on English soil and is steeped in history. Today that very room is a fabulously stylish bar with a gorgeous cocktail list of great Plymouth Gin specialties. Bar staff John, Matt and Magda are always friendly, open to answering any questions, happy to let you try new things and generous with advice. The Refectory is a members' bar after 7.00 pm but temporary membership is usually available on the night. Take it from us there are few finer places to have the perfect cocktail than at the home of Plymouth Gin and we heartily recommend the unmissable Martini 5:1 - a combination of Plymouth Navy strength and Noilly Plat vermouth.
