Atlas is a former fish smokery in downtown Hamburg that has been converted into a restaurant with a modern and simple bistro style. Behind the building there is a small, ivy-covered terrace where night owls can enjoy a cocktail or two. The food menu is heavily Mediterranean with dishes that have been put together with a lot of imagination and attention to detail. The cocktail menu is equally exciting with a fantastic range of classic cocktails, especially gin-based. Look out for Gintime favourites.

We were absolutely delighted to hear about this extremely cool bar in Madrid that even has a cocktail lounge called Gintonize, dedicated to gin. Located in the Cibeles area of Madrid it boasts a fantastic modern Spanish menu, great wine and the largest range of gins you will have ever tried in Spain or anywhere else for that matter. They have been lovingly collected by Ellie Baker, enologist, and Bristol Bar manager. Gintonize is the real gin club of Spain and naturally has all the Gintime gins plus lots of other hard to find specialties. Top drinks here are the Dry Martini, Gintime favourite Negroni, Gin Fizz and naturally a great Spanish style Gin & Tonic, mostly gin, loads of ice, not a lot of tonic.

Upstairs from the famous 303 Grill in Casper, Wyoming, is classic cocktail bar, Elixirs. What makes this bar special is a staff that insists on making vintage cocktails the way they were supposed to be. They are big gin fans and sneak gin into drinks as often as they can. They also experiment with gin infusions and new uses for the spirit. A signature serve is the Breakfast Cocktail a mix of English breakfast tea infused gin, house orange bitters, French vermouth and a lemon twist.

Triobar in Berlin is heaven for gin lovers. Here you’ll find every possible kind of gin including 5 different Old Tom gins, vintage gins that are impossible to get nowadays and over 25 different gin brands. Bar owner Mike is a collector of rare spirits and a big fan of traditional drinking so that means vintage cocktails made as authentically as possible. Speciality serve is the Martinez with Old Tom Gin, a must for its heritage alone. Naturally Gintime gins feature in the lineup behind the bar and you can count on a wide choice of unusual cocktails expertly made in a club type atmosphere.
