The Hendrick's Gin Mix Martini Club, held at Halo Bar in Edinburgh, was a great night for martini lovers. Martini expert, Paul Martin, created some fantastic new versions of the all time classic with the watermelon infused Martini going down a treat. His re enactment of the story behind the invention of the Martini kept our crowd of gin aficionados entertained even the ones who who were involved in audience participation.
