The brainchild of gin diva Audrey Saunders the Pegu Club is a homage to everything gin with an astonishing 27 different gins behind the bar including all our Gintime favourites. And boy do they know how to serve them. Pegu Club is a former winner of the New York magazine’s ‘best martini’ award and has also led the way in inventing new classics. It’s named for an old British colonial club in Rangoon and in style it feels like an outpost of the Raj. Pegu Club is also the name of this bar’s signature drink whilst Audrey’s other creations, the Gin Gin Mule and the green tea infused MarTEAini, are gobsmackingly good. Paradise for gin lovers.
