We’re always on the lookout for new mixers for gin and this one’s a winner.

Gin Gina – created by Matthew Wilkinson

• 35ml Gin
• 12.5ml Elderflower Liqueur
• 25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
• 40ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
• 50ml Orangina
• Squeeze of Lemon

Glass: Tall (14oz)

Build first four ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake. Add crushed ice to a tall glass. Strain the mix slowly over the crushed ice. Pour all the Orangina in and squeeze lemon over the drink for a tangy finish.  Garnish with a Physalis fruit or orange slice and a lemon slice
