- 35ml Caorunn Small-Batch Scottish Gin
- Fentimans Indian Tonic
- 15ml Kenyan tea syrup
- Kumquat
Method: Stir the Caorunn, tea syrup and kumquats over ice, before straining into a tea cup, topping with chilled Fentimans tonic water and garnishing with fresh kumquats.
