Bombay Sapphire has partnered with the new, very delicious Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water to create the Mediterranean Gin & Tonic, which will be served for the first time in the hospitality areas at the Chelsea Flower Show (24-28 May). Fever-Tree’s Tree House Garden is the company’s first Chelsea Flower Show garden and features an enchanted tree house made partly from reclaimed Cinchona Ledgeriana (the fever tree) which is a crucial ingredient of tonic water. Here’s the recipe:
- 50ml Bombay Sapphire
- 200ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the Bombay Sapphire and top up with the Fever -Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of lemon thyme.
