Almond Gin Fizz
- 37.5ml Caournn Gin
- 12.5ml The Bitter Truth – Crème de Violette
- 2 Cardamon Pods
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Orgeat Syrup
- Egg White
Method: Muddle cardamon, add remaining ingredients then dry shake and wet shake.
Serve in a Collins Glass and top with soda
