Hendricks Thyme Cocktail

Jeff Ferguson, bartender at Shabu Freestyle Asian Cuisine, won the 2011 Signature Spring Cocktail with this great recipe:

No Thyme Like the Present

  • 1 sprig thyme
  • ¼ oz fresh lime juice
  • ¼ oz cucumber simple syrup
  • 1 ½ oz Hendricks Gin
  • 3.5 oz white grape juice

Muddle the thyme, add lime juice, syrup and gin to shaker, shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Fill glass to the top with while grape juice, stir and garnish.
