Although this cocktail has a frothy finish and elegant texture, this lady ain’t so innocent!
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 measures gin
- 1 measure Cointreau
- Dash lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon egg white
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to mix, strain into a martini glass and decorate with a piece of lemon rind.
