The Negroni is the perfect gin cocktail, a marriage of the lush, herbaceous piney character of gin with the more bitter, more aromatic flavours of the classic Italian aperitifs of Campari and red vermouth. From this April London Negroni fans have the opportunity to taste some of the city’s finest versions with the launch of the Negroni Journey.  Brought to you by Leon Dalloway and his Gin Journey crew, guests are transported around some of London’s best bars, including 68 & Boston and Polpo to try out their versions of this  real gin lover’s cocktail!
