Headed up by well-known chef Jean Georges Vongerichten, this restaurant has the best view in town and, we’ve checked the rave reviews, fabulous food. The cocktail list is really special with an emphasis on pre-Prohibition drinks – the Sazerac is highly recommended. There’s a great back bar with lots of Gintime gins and the bartenders are happy to create custom cocktails to suit individual tastes.
