- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Pasteurized Egg White (Optional)
- ¼ oz Sugar syrup
- 1 spoon Marmalade
Method: Shake and Strain into chilled glass
Glass: Tea Cup or Cocktail glass
