Here’s the Gin O’Clock Cocktail served to celebrate the launch of The Queen of Twitter’s debut book at the Bombay Sapphire Blue Room at Vinopolis.
- 50ml Bombay Sapphire
- 15 ml good quality elderflower cordial
- 100 ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale (not ginger beer Camilla)
Have your butler assemble these ingredients and pour the gin and the elderflower cordial into a tall glass ice filled glass. Give it a good stir and finish off with two squeezed generously sized lemon wedges,
