The Drinks International Cocktail Challenge is one of the most respected comps in the business so hats off to Martin Miller’s Gin for making it to the finals with their extremely delicious Par Avion. The finale of the competition is on Monday 9th May at the Hoxton Pony in Shoreditch between 10-4pm so that’s a definite date for the diary.
