Jeff Ferguson, bartender at Shabu Freestyle Asian Cuisine, won the 2011 Signature Spring Cocktail with this great recipe:
No Thyme Like the Present
- 1 sprig thyme
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz cucumber simple syrup
- 1 ½ oz Hendricks Gin
- 3.5 oz white grape juice
Muddle the thyme, add lime juice, syrup and gin to shaker, shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Fill glass to the top with while grape juice, stir and garnish.
