Hmmm not entirely sure how we feel about chilli or chocolate in our Negronis but we’ll certainly be popping down to The Red Gallery in East London to check out Campari’s ‘#RediscoverRed’. Although we are actually quite purist when it comes to the Negroni it will be interesting to experience what is billed as the  largest selection of Negronis in the world with over thirty different combinations and flavours. And yes chocolate and chilli do feature but also the Carpe Diem Negroni made with Cocchi Barolo Chinato fortified wine and Punico Zahare liqueur which sounds more up our street. The pop up opens today for 10 days, we’ll report back.
